Just when you thought American Hollywood figures could get any more sad, in rolls Michael Moore who claims he personally messaged Iran’s Ayatollah asking for them not to retaliate against Trump’s air strike that decimated a known terrorist.
This is America. We don’t ask anyone for peace. We demand peace and we organize against those who refuse to be part of the peace. When Trump took out the terrorist, it was a man known for hundreds of deaths – yet here we are with Democrat and liberal figures speaking out against Trump for taking out a known bad guy.
If Obama dropped that body like a bad habit, Democrats would be applauding him. But they hate Trump, so they’re speaking against it.
When people like Michael Moore show up on social media to act like they’re the spokesperson for the entire country, that’s when we have to roll our eyes back and laugh.
Brittany M. Hughes covered Moore’s post in her piece over at MRC:
In a post shared to Instagram over the weekend, Moore said he’d personally reached out to the Ayatollah of Iran – personally reached out to him – begging him not to retaliate against the U.S. airstrike that killed Iran’s top commander, Qassem Soleimani, late last week.
“I have just sent the Ayatollah of Iran a personal appeal asking him not to respond to our assassination of his top General with violence of any kind, but rather let me & millions of Americans fix this peacefully,” Moore wrote on Instagram.
“I recorded and [direct messaged] him a message on my podcast, ‘RUMBLE,’” he went on. You can hear it on any podcast platform like Apple or Spotify for free. We need to prevent war, any war. Now. When the Ayatollah responds, I’ll post his reply.”
It’s fine to ask for peace, because it’s apparent that most people on the planet with any semblance of intelligence want peace. However, it’s another thing to be an anti-American groveling coward who messages leaders in Iran begging for mercy and acting like that’s how all Americans feel.
And who designated you as the messenger boy for America, Michael Moore? Not I. I certainly do not want you to speak for me.
Your message about peace is fine, but don’t act like a coward begging for mercy.
And let’s be honest here, this is Michael Moore’s way to get attention and “LIKES” for himself on Instagram. This falls right in line with “do anything for clout” and that’s all this is – Moore’s way to act like he’s relevant, when he’s not.
This is why I believe Michael Moore is a groveling mercy begging coward and he does not speak for me.
